November 1st to 13th November 2025 RWANDA Education knows no borders: First Lady on Kepler’s inclusive vision First Lady Jeannette Kagame has commended Kepler College for its inclusive approach to higher education, urging the institution to continue supporting those who often find themselves on the margins of society. She made the remarks during the graduation ceremony of Kepler College, held at the Kigali Convention Centre, where 293 students received their degrees.
