She made the remarks during the graduation ceremony of Kepler College, held at the Kigali Convention Centre, where 293 students received their degrees.                                                                                  October 15th to 27th 2025 LEBANON Over 300,000 Syrian refugees return from Lebanon in 2025 – UNHCR The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) announced on Friday that the number of Syrian refugees who have returned from Lebanon to Syria has reached 300,000 since the beginning of 2025.
